Kraft Tassimo
The Tassimo wasn't like a Keurig or a Nespresso. It boasted European credibility but was far more innovative – the brewer with "a brain." So, we embarked on several initiatives to showcase the people and passion behind the brewer and its brands. This included producing low-cost content overseas, a first of its kind for Kraft, shot by my team and me. Additionally, we created customized Mother's Day videos to highlight the brewer's drink customization capabilities. Furthermore, we successfully managed a recall solely through social media, a strategy that still influences Kraft Canada's social media policies today. Let's just say, I spent a lot of nights sleeping in Volvos during that trip
